The technicians will inspect for other worn parts and notify the customer before proceeding with repairs, as we require additional authorization. The pictured parts are typically replaced during a minor repair if necessary. Optional parts can be purchased at a discount.
We will send you a box designed to safely ship your Workhorse, ClearTrak or CMS 1000 Vacuum. We will cover the postage one way and offer you discounted shipping rates for the return to us. You will then receive the box along with packing instructions.

When you take advantage of our trade in program, a new WORKHORSE will be shipped to you. Use the shipping carton from your Workhorse to ship us your old cms1000 (or Cleartrak). You will be refunded $100 when we receive the trade-in.
